• Scraping of Platform: Scrape the SameApi dashboard or undocumented APIs.
• Rate Limit Evasion: Use multiple IP addresses, accounts, or keys to bypass quotas.
• security Violations: Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems.

3.3 Illegal & Harmful Activities

• Facilitate phishing, spam, or malware distribution.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass or harm individuals or entities.

4. Usage Limits & Enforcement

Usage limits are strictly enforced. We employ automated monitoring to detect abuse patterns such as:

• Sudden spikes in error rates indicating credential stuffing.
• Concurrent connections exceeding plan limits.
• Account sharing across multiple locations.

Consequences: Violation of this AUP may result in immediate temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
