    What happens when I exceed my monthly quota?

    For Pro, Ultra, and Mega plans, you'll be charged the overage rate per additional request. Basic plan has a hard limit with no overage allowed.

    How does the caching work?

    Results are cached for approximately 1 hour. Repeated requests for the same domain within this window use cached data and don't count against your quota.

    Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

    Yes, you can change your plan at any time through the customer portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based billing.

    Is there a free trial for paid plans?

    We offer a free Basic plan with 200 requests/month. This lets you test the API before committing to a paid plan.
