By accessing or using SameApi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SameApi provides access to aggregated analytics data via a dashboard and API. All data is provided for informational purposes only. We facilitate legitimate market research and competitive analysis through our proprietary data aggregation platform.

3. No Guarantee & Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made, business actions taken, or conclusions drawn based on the data provided by SameApi. We explicitly disclaim any liability for business losses, investment decisions, or strategy failures resulting from the use of our data.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
• Creation of multiple free accounts by a single entity is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

5.1 Plans

• Basic (Free): Evaluation plan with strict usage limits.
• Pro: High-volume data access for professionals.
• Ultra: Enterprise-grade volume and concurrency.
• Mega: Maximum throughput for large-scale integration.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Overage charges are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Data Retention Policy

For active subscribed users, job results are stored permanently.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access protections.
• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license our data as a standalone dataset.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy our platform's logic or aggregation methods.
• Use high-volume automated tools that degrade service performance for others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding the raw public facts aggregated) are owned by SameApi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SameApi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email associated with their account.
