What data can I retrieve with SameApi?
SameApi provides domain analytics including traffic metrics, engagement data, traffic sources breakdown, global and country rankings, category information, and competitor data.
How long does it take to process domains?
Processing speed varies based on your plan and current system load. Typically, results appear in the dashboard with live progress updates as each domain is processed, averaging a few seconds per domain.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, you have a 30-day grace period to download all your job data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
Do you offer API access?
Yes! All paid plans include API access with rate limits based on your subscription tier. You can generate API keys from your dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
